PANGAEA is a concept smartwatch design for outdoor adventurers. It is a solution that seeks to address the needs of adventurers, mainly in terms of tracking, safety and security in harsh climates
Safety and Security are top priorities of these adventurers. On top of that, we also realised that adventurers may face home sickness during long periods of travel
Communication Centred Assurance
Hence, we decided to design a User Interface whereby users could access a safety application to track and warn others of potential dangers, as well as a subtle, low-powered, family update system to connect with their family members back home.
